Our website domain (mcnp.live) and some internal identifiers may still reference the former name.
By installing and using Canny Notes, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the extension.
By accessing or using Canny Notes ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and do not use our services.
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Pro subscription plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel at any time from within the Extension's Subscription tab.
Free tier users receive 10 AI credits per day. Credits reset daily and do not roll over. Pro subscribers receive 1000 AI credits per day subject to fair-use policies. We reserve the right to rate-limit usage to protect service stability.
Your notes and templates are stored locally on your device by default. Pro users who enable cloud sync agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All content, code, and branding related to Canny Notes is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Canny Notes routes AI requests to models operated by third parties. We name those models — and, where shown, display their logos — solely to identify which service may process a given request, so you can make an informed choice before you send anything.
Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Grok is a trademark of X.AI Corp. GPT-OSS and related marks are trademarks of OpenAI OpCo, LLC. DeepSeek is a trademark of DeepSeek. Qwen is a trademark of Alibaba Group. Groq is a trademark of Groq, Inc. OpenRouter is a trademark of OpenRouter, Inc. Chrome is a trademark of Google LLC, and Firefox is a trademark of the Mozilla Foundation. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
These names and marks are used for identification only. Canny Notes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies, and no such relationship should be inferred from their appearance on this site or in the extension. Each mark remains the property of its owner, and nothing here grants you any right to use it.

The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific AI output quality. Use the Extension at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
